Billing questions

When am I charged?
You are billed on the same day each month from the date you subscribe. For example, if you subscribe on the 10th, each renewal falls on the 10th of the following month. Your active usage cycle matches this period and resets automatically on renewal.
What happens if I exceed my monthly request limit?
Requests beyond your plan's monthly limit are charged at the per-request overage rate shown on your plan card. Your application is never silently blocked — requests continue and overages appear on your next invoice. You can also enable Auto-renew on exhaustion in your subscription settings, which resets your quota immediately when it runs out and bills you the plan's base monthly rate.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can switch plans from Console → Subscriptions at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you always get the full value of the period you paid for.
How do I cancel?
Go to Console → Subscriptions → Cancel plan. By default, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. If you need immediate cancellation, email us and we'll handle it within one business day.
Do you offer custom or enterprise plans?
Yes. If the published plans don't fit — you need a dedicated rate limit, a custom SLA, or volume pricing above the highest public tier — email us with your expected request volume and use-case. We'll respond within one business day with a tailored offer.
